①Characteristics of Flue-Gas from Cement Kiln Tail
The exhaust gas of rotary kiln consists of flue gas produced by fuel combustion, CO2 produced by the decomposition reaction of cement materials, water vapor released during the drying of raw materials and excess air. The dust in the exhaust gas mainly includes the dried and partly decomposed kiln feed, a small amount of clinker particles, incompletely combusted particles and ash content of fuel. Besides, there is also a small amount of crystal of the oxides of potassium, sodium and sulfur. The exhaust gas from the kiln tail of the new dry-process rotary cement kilnhas the following characteristics:
  High dust content: the dust content of the exhaust gas from the kiln tail ofoutside decomposing kiln is 40~80g/m3;
  High temperature: the temperature of the exhaust gas from the kiln tail of the outside decomposing kiln of new dry-process kiln is about 320~350℃;
  Fine dust-containedparticle: fine particles<10μm account for 90%~97%; fine particles <2-3μm account for 50%;
  With certain alkali content,the dust is of poor stripping;
  Theblast volume is quite large and unstable with the changing operating conditions of kiln system;
  High dust specific resistance, as high as 1012~1013Ω.cm。

With good affinity performance with PTEE materials, stableoperation at low pressure differentials and low operation cost, it can meet the requirements on the emission of fine dust particles lower than 30mg/m3.

It creatively uses 100% fine denier PSA fiber as the fiber layer. Each kilo fiber provides 200m2 super large filtering area and larger dust holding capacity;

> Asphalt Industry
According to the actual operating conditions of the asphalt mixing plant, select fiber like PSA or PPS as the raw material to produce filter bag complying with the requirements of the asphalt mixing plant. > Steel Industry
According to the actual operating conditions of the steel plant, select fiber like PSA, PPS or PTFE as the raw material to produce filter bag. Practice has proven that these solutions comply with the filtering requirements of the steel plant.
